Computer science and media education

In more and more German federal states, computer science - often in conjunction with media education - is being introduced as a compulsory subject. For many teachers, this means: a new subject, often taught outside the subject - with little time to prepare.

SPARKS provides support with directly applicable materials suitable for everyday use and innovative teaching concepts. They are technically sound, uncomplicated to use - and designed in such a way that they not only meet the learning objectives, but are also fun to teach.

Baden-Wuerttemberg

At the end of July, we will publish an overview of teaching materials for grades 5 and 6 – adapted from the official reading aid of the Ministry of Education
To kick things off, we are offering information events for teachers in Stuttgart, Freiburg and Walldorf at the end of July: Further information and registration.

With the publication of the new education plan, the range is constantly being expanded: further class levels, updated content and innovative teaching concepts will follow. Our material is particularly aimed at teachers without specific IT or media education experience.
